Project sponsor:Circular economy industrial area in the east of Guizhou, locates in five counties interchange between Hunan and Guizhou provinces , is the east gate of southeast Guizhou, transportation and communication facilities, water and power are rich, has favorable policy environment, is the forefront land undertaking the eastern industrial gradient transfer,and is the only  circular economy industrial area approved by province in the southeast of Guizhou .

Project Description:Guizhou DongLi Cement Co. Ltd. 2500t / d new dry cement production lines, in the cement production process, have a large number of  exhaust heat in the medium and low temperature can not be fully utilized, resulting in a huge waste of resources. Effectively recycle this part waste heat, is the effective way to energy consumption and enhance economic efficiency in cement industry . Cogeneration technology fills the bill that state resources should be comprehensively utilized according to the item that waste heat on the production process should be recovered and used,which blongs to the environmental protection industry and  is encouraged to develope by state. The project  is for the 4.5MW waste heat generator and auxiliary systems ,the annual additional value of 12 million yuan.
