Project Description:According to the National Development and Reform Commission's request, after 2010, the city will fully prohibit the use of solid clay and replace it with new wall materials. The project uses fly ash, industrial waste, coal, cement, sand, stone to produce high strength autoclaved new fly ash wall materials, then after the production process of steam curing, produced common standard brick, large puzzle blocks, bricks, hollow bricks, hollow blocks and a variety of colored road brick, square brick. With environmental protection, saving energy, saving land and many other advantages,products are in line with national industrial policies; With high strength, good resistance to aging, small shrinkage,products are consistent with the requirements of construction industry to new wall material; Good appearance, regular size , soft colors, can be made brick wall with decorative effect; heat and insulation performance are good ,meet the national environmental protection and energy saving requirements. After 2X600MW generators in thermal power plant put into operation in industrial area, it will provide sufficient fly ash, which can meet the production requirements of new wall materials. |
